Processing Windows

The processing windows* allow to introduce a powerful light beam, e.g. laser beam, to the vacuum chamber where a source of contamination in located. Due to the self-cleaning effect the windows are capable of maintenance of very high transmission coefficients, of about 90 %, during long term processes that would cause a poisoning of a conventional window and, therefore, a quick deterioration of window transparency. 
 
 

The self-cleaning windows we offer in different versions which provide the following features:

• different beam apertures 
• variety of spectral ranges, from 250 to 2000 nm 
• applications based on high, medium and low beam power 

Processing windows are equipped with a electronic controller* which make possible a long term operation of the window at high concentration of contaminations
